Breath Hold Control Exercise – 5 minutes of Retention – 10 rounds of 30 second breath holds.
You can practice sitting up in your chair, or lying down on your back. Keep your spine straight as possible.
I will prompt you when to begin each breath hold. Use the prompts as a base line.
If you can’t hold the entire round, that’s okay. Catch your breath and begin again with us on the next round.
If you find the holds too easy, and you want to hold through two rounds, that’s okay too.
Remember to pay attention to your body. Never force it! Enjoy it 🙂
