A cocktail experience requires stimulating all of your senses.  See, taste and smell all at the same time. It begins with your presentation.

Roast an ancient blend of tea and zest fresh orange, yellow and green citrus.

Muddle half the roasted tea. Dehydrate the citrus zest and mix with salt. Add the muddled tea to the salt and let sit. 

Cut the citrus pulp into wedges and present in bowls.

Put the other half of the tea in a cheese cloth and tie it into a sack.

Present the salts in bowls with spoons. Place the tea sack next to the salts. Remove the citrus zest and display on the tray for cocktails.

Dress the tray in black sage and lavender. The experience begins with your eyes.

  • Gold Tray
  • Mezcal
  • Smoky Russian Caravan Tea
  • Cheesecloth and string
  • Green, orange and yellow citrus
  • black sage
  • Kosher salt
  • Lavender
  • sipping glasses
How to serve:
Pour a glass of mezcal. Dip the citrus wedge in salt. Suck on the citrus and cheers the mezcal.

As the host, have the tea sack ready to press against your guests nose after they drink the mezcal. 

Notice the bright orange citrus and zested salt mixing with the bity mezcal. Finish with a big breathe of smoky russian caravan tea. 

Gaze at your shining gold platter.
