We’re focusing our efforts today on celebrating with one of Mexico’s quintessential icons; the avocado.

Avocados are known as “Green Gold” in Mexico as they are the world’s largest producer and exporter of the green fruit.

The “superfood” is packed full of antioxidants, healthy fats, fiber, potassium, and vitamins. Avacado consumption has been linked to a reduced risk of inflammation, heart disease, and even cancer.
