Dreams are a cornerstone to a happy existence.
We’ve created a simple 5 minute exercise to help you figure out your dreams.
How it works:
Step 1: Take out a Pen and Paper or open up a Notepad on your Device
Step 2: At the top of the page write – Dreams
Step 3: Set a Timer for 5 Minutes
Step 4: Begin writing your biggest and wildest dreams. Your stretch goals. This back to your childhood. What did you want to be when you grow up?
Step 5: Archive this exercise so you can access it later. We are going to refer back to your Dreams on future exercises.
