How to do a Gratitude Writing Exercise:

Begin by choosing one person in your life that has helped you, big or small.

Open up a note on your phone, desktop, or in your journal.

Write down specifically how they have impacted your life or work in a good way. 

How has this person helped you?

How have they inspired you?

How have they made you a better person?

Write it all down and send it to your person.

This is an introspective and mindful task, designed to put your head in a good space for the rest of the day!

And it can make your persons day 🙂
