Challenge: 10 Second Breathing Exercise

How to do a 10 second breathing exercise to relieve your stress:

Step 1. Big inhale through your nose
 Step 2. Second inhale maxing out your lungs
Step 3. Slow exhale through your mouth

So you want to breath in, sneak in a little bit more air on the second exhale, then give it a long exhale.
