8.20.21 Live Breathe


Today’s breathe is a guided meditation that covers 4 practices –

1. Energize – we link breath to movement and fire up our nervous system

2. Conscious Breathing – we slow down our breath focusing on a calming rhythm

3. Body Scan – we consciously relax our body

4. Visualization – we travel to a place of warmth and excitement
