This week’s great gag actually comes from police in the Indian city of Mumbai.

Driving in Mumbai is a gag in itself, the amount of vehicles combined with the driving patterns makes it a legitimate circus. And everyone is beeping. Constantly beeping.

The noise pollution has gotten so bad that the local police installed a few “special devices” at select traffic lights throughout the city. 

The devices detect high levels of sound, like car horns. The higher the levels get, the longer the light stays red.
