Challenge: Relax your body

How to relax your body:

Step 1: Raise your eyebrows as high as possible. Hold 5 seconds. Relax for 10 seconds

Step 2: Smile hard for 5 seconds. Relax for 10 seconds.

Step 3: Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Hold 5 seconds. Relax for 10 seconds.

Step 4: Constrict your shoulders. Hold 5 seconds. Relax for 10 seconds.

Keep working your way your body with your wrists, fingers, down to your ankles and toes. Enjoy the relaxation.
