How do we practice Mindfulness

How do we practice mindfulness:

Oftentimes people will ask, how do we practice mindfulness?

Firstly, let’s cover that Mindfulness is simply undistracted attention. It’s cultivating a quality of your mind that is completely present in the moment.

To practice, begin by sitting in a comfortable chair. Straighten your back, relax your shoulders, and lower your tongue form the roof of your mouth.

Close your eyes and bring all of your attention to your breathing.

Focus on where you can feel your breath.

As your mind starts to wander, bring your attention back to your breath.

Challenges is a series of exercises to strengthen your mind. It’s designed to help worried minds become a little less worried, and happy minds become a little more happy.

Think of Challenges like an exercise gym, for your brain.

It’s common knowledge that lifting weights will make you physically stronger. We know a bicep exercise will make your biceps larger – whether you’re 18 or 65.

The same concept works with Brain Exercises.

Creative Writing can actually make you more Creative. Focus exercises can help you become a better Listener. Etc…

So, we created Challenges to help you train your brain — and open the door to a happier life.
