Our last challenge of 2020 is all about Gratitude.
Today’s gratitude challenge is to write down 5 things you are grateful for in 2020 and why.
The why is really important here because it will really make you think more deeply about your answers and connect with the energy that being grateful creates.
Physically writing down your answers works best.
Practicing gratitude in this way helps your brain create a pattern of emotional response.
What I mean by that is if you routinely do this exercise, you will eventually find yourself automatically accounting for the things you are grateful for.
So grab a pen and paper, write the date at the top, and write down 5 things you are grateful for and why.
