Today’s challenge is a 5 minute box breathing exercise.

Begin by resting the muscles in your face. Lower your tongue from the roof of your mouth. 

If available, do this exercise completely through your nose. 

Breath in through your nose, into your diaphragm, and then fill up your lungs.

Exhale through your nose. 

We’re going to breathe in for a count of 4. Hold at the top of our breathe for a count of 4. Exhale for a count of 4. Hold at the bottom our breathe for the count of 4. 

Repeat for 5 minutes.
