Mindfulness anchors us in the moment, eliminating thoughts and fears about the past or present.
Each time we practice mindfulness, we strengthen our muscle of attention. Over time, this gives us power over our perspective and the ability to change how we see things; both inside and outside of our own experience.
Today’s exercise is very simple, we’re going to pick something in the present to focus our attention on, and keep it there for a few minutes.
